LOADOUTS & BUILDS / EVERGREEN

Build a loadout around the fights you actually take

Mode-dependent editorial testing method

An original testing framework for choosing a primary role and complementary weapon.

For modes that allow custom loadouts, start with one job: close-range entry, mid-range support or longer-range cover. Pair it with a weapon that covers the distance you handle least comfortably. This is a VICEPULSE testing method, not an official ranking.

Change one attachment at a time. Keep distance, target and firing pattern consistent; compare missed shots, reload exposure and handling before prioritising theoretical damage. Record the patch, mode and input used. A setup that wins one comparison is not automatically best for every player.

Black Ops Royale is a separate case: its documented rules use scavenged weapons and Attachment Kits rather than custom loadouts. Select the correct mode before applying build advice.
