October 14 weapon balance: what to retest

DS20 MIRAGE and GREMLIN changes are reasons to revisit handling, not automatic evidence of a new meta.

Raven’s October 14 notes improve DS20 MIRAGE hip spread and view kick. GREMLIN movement speeds increase by 4%, and Procural Extended Mag loses its sprint-to-fire and reload penalties.

Use these changes to decide what to retest. Patch improvements alone cannot establish a weapon ranking: practical accuracy, range and the mode still matter. Compare the updated weapon with your existing setup under the same conditions.
