The Season 06 introduction names the 18.5-inch MFS Fallen Angel Barrel as the TR51 Para Prestige Attachment. It converts the rifle to slower full-auto fire, with a controllability trade-off and improved bullet velocity.
The October 14 notes state that Bolt Carrier Group now improves rate of fire by 6%. That change does not prove a fastest-killing loadout. Check compatibility in the current Gunsmith before combining attachments, and test your ability to land consecutive shots.
