Enter the code while playing
On PC, type the keyboard code during normal gameplay. On a controller, enter the sequence steadily and use the D-pad for directions. Wait for the game confirmation. Recheck the platform and edition before assuming a code is broken.
Protect progression
Rockstar warns that cheats may produce script errors or damage saves. Keep a clean save from before any code entry and avoid saving the experiment over it. Re-entering a code does not reliably reverse every effect.

- PS3 and Xbox 360 ports can use different shoulder-button mappings.
