Match the input to your copy
On PC, type a code during normal gameplay; Vice City does not require a command-console window. On PlayStation, enter the listed sequence with the D-pad and buttons. Xbox sequences here use the modern Definitive Edition layout, which differs from the original Xbox Black and White buttons. Mobile editions vary, so a desktop or controller code is not proof of mobile support.
- Keep an untouched save before using any code.
- Use a separate session for experiments and do not overwrite your normal slot.
- Restart and load the untouched save to remove persistent effects.
Respect edition limits
Invisible car bodies are a classic-only effect. The PC remaster adds codes such as Big Head Mode and Hunter spawning, while several original PC-only effects were removed. Cheats can block trophy or achievement progress, and riot or hostility effects can disrupt missions. Rockstar also warns that saving after cheats can damage a save or produce unpredictable behavior. No money code is listed because Vice City does not have one.
