Install Roblox through its official website or the store for your device. Read the linked device requirements before troubleshooting an older computer, phone or tablet. An account that signs in successfully can still be using a device that cannot run a particular experience well.
Choose one experience deliberately
Read the game’s description and content-maturity information, then check whether it is available to your account. Content restrictions can prevent joining even when a game appears in search. A platform account and progress inside a particular creator’s game are different things.
Make the first session useful
- Learn movement, camera and the experience’s own controls before pursuing rewards.
- Use its introduction or tutorial when available.
- If the experience is unavailable, follow its displayed reason and the supported account settings. Do not change identity details to evade a restriction.
