Original apartment Heists
To host the original apartment Heists, Rockstar requires Rank 12 and a high-end apartment. A player below that threshold can still join an invitation. The in-game phone’s Quick Job menu also provides a way to find Heist work. These requirements do not describe every later Heist system.
Cayo Perico has a different starting point
The Kosatka is the planning property for The Cayo Perico Heist. This Heist supports a solo approach as well as a group. Investigate its current setup cost and preparation loop before buying the submarine; a property purchase is a commitment, not a guarantee of effortless earnings.
Make the first run reliable
- Agree who hosts, which edition everyone uses and when the crew can finish the full chain.
- Confirm required equipment and assign roles before launching.
- Prepare armour and snacks, and practice the escape route.
- Review the planning screen and payout split rather than assuming the host’s total applies to every participant.
