Choose a compact operating area
Paramedic requires completing level 12 in one continuous run. The ambulance carries three patients at a time, so later levels require several trips. After The Green Sabre opens the countryside, Angel Pine offers a compact hospital area that reduces travel.
Drive for completion
Use the map to group nearby patients into a loop, then return to the hospital when the ambulance is full. Slow before reaching a patient: hitting one can end the attempt. Avoid steep shortcuts that risk rolling the ambulance.
- Stay in the ambulance and avoid the side-mission cancel control.
- Do not take an almost-finished run into deep water or down an unstable slope.
- Complete the drop-off before planning the next group.
- Finishing the challenge increases maximum health and contributes to 100%.
