Start with the account and inventory
A reward belongs to the account that received it. Check the intended account’s inventory before repeating a redemption. In the browser, open Avatar and select the relevant item category; equipping an item highlights it, while selecting a worn item removes it.
Follow your device’s editor
Mobile navigation can use Me or Avatar during Roblox’s regional interface rollout. Use the item’s wear control or the available Customize options. The browser and tablet interfaces are not always arranged like the phone interface.
When the display looks wrong
- Confirm that the item is actually owned by this account.
- Check the currently equipped items before changing more settings.
- The browser editor offers Redraw for an avatar that has not updated correctly.
