Check whether the problem is broader
Open Roblox’s live status page and look at the affected component: website, player, game join, Studio or another service. Read the incident time and resolution state. A historical incident is not proof that the same failure is happening now.
Identify the failing step
Write down whether you cannot sign in, cannot join one experience, or cannot join any experience. One creator’s unavailable game and a platform-wide sign-in failure call for different checks. Also confirm that the client and device still meet Roblox’s supported requirements.
Keep troubleshooting targeted
- If an active incident matches the problem, follow official updates.
- If an experience shows a permission or maturity message, address that supported setting.
- When contacting support, include the device, approximate time and exact error text without private login details.
