Use the player’s profile
Search for the correct username or open the player’s profile. When they are playing and allow joining, Roblox can display Join Experience. If the button is absent, the player’s join setting or the experience’s permissions may be the reason.
Check the actual experience
Both players need access to the same experience. A restricted or private experience does not become accessible simply because someone on your friend list can enter it. Check the displayed account and content restrictions rather than trying to bypass them.
When devices differ
- Confirm that the experience supports each device.
- On PlayStation, review Roblox’s cross-platform-play setting.
- If a Join button works but entry fails, check the official status page before repeatedly reinstalling the app.
