Try account recovery first
Use Forgot Password or Username on the Roblox login page. Recover through an email address or phone number already attached to the account and select the correct account if several are returned. If the expected email is missing, check spam before repeatedly requesting new resets.
If compromise is suspected
Address suspicious downloads or extensions, then secure the account through the official recovery process. If ordinary recovery fails, contact Roblox Support. Original account and billing information may help establish ownership, but neither a screenshot nor a payment to an outside “recovery agent” guarantees restoration.
Be accurate with support
- Describe when access was lost and which recovery route failed.
- Do not post ownership evidence, private codes or receipts in a public chat.
- Ask Support about missing inventory promptly; recovered access does not automatically restore every lost item.
