Component procedure
- 01
Confirm the fault using software controls where possible. Unplug the console before access.

Follow the model-matched case-removal sequence. Expose the middle panel and keep the button ribbon supported.

Remove the board’s mounting screws and release its ribbon by the reinforced end. Inspect the plastic button actuators.
- 04
Fit the compatible board and ribbon, then restore the middle panel and enclosure.
Do not diagnose a completely dead console as a button fault without further tests.
Power and eject respond after the complete console has been reassembled.
Restore all covers, shielding and cable routing before powered tests. Keep each screw in its original position. If fit or resistance changes, reopen and inspect rather than tightening harder.
